In commemoration of the 10th Anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, the city of New Orleans wanted to host a special community event to honor the city, its people, and its history.


The New Orleans Mayor’s office contracted NetWork Volunteers to organize the largest volunteer day in the history of Louisiana. The Day of Service engaged over 10,000 volunteers in one day and worked with over 85 different non-profits!
