Your Packing Checklist
Essentials:

Clothes that can get dirty/possibly stained. Make sure you check the weather!

Veronica Ortiz
Puerto Rico Volunteer Coordinator

Veronica is an outgoing, creative person who is passionate about community service and bringing people together. Over the past few years, she has volunteered with programs for underserved communities across Latin America. She also helped establish NetWork Volunteers' community partnership programs in Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria. As a Volunteer Coordinator, Veronica hopes to help others experience Puerto Rican culture and engage with her people through service. She recently finished her Bachelor of Science in Cell & Molecular Biology with a minor in Medical Humanities at the University of Puerto Rico in Rio Piedras. In her free time she enjoys outdoor adventures, making crafts and gardening. In the future, she hopes to work with underserved communities on the island as a physician.
